Yes, we do. The minimum order is $50

Do you charge a delivery fee?

We have a small delivery fee of $9.95 for orders under $100 and FREE DELIVERY for orders over $100.

What if my suburb is not on the list?

We want as many people to enjoy our fresh produce and gourmet groceries. We do take note of high interest areas, so if you’d love to see us extend to your suburb, drop us a note to let us know what suburb you want us to deliver to: hello@lucypaulandzoe.com.au. Or even better, gather a bunch of friends, neighbours or family in your area to make it worthwhile for us and we’ll consider it for sure. The more people in an area that want us, the more chances we’ll be able to expand!

What are your delivery days and times?

We deliver every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY

You may choose between our 2 delivery windows:

- Afternoons (12pm-6pm)

- After Hours (7pm-9pm)

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We have 2 delivery windows to choose from: Afternoon (12pm-6pm) or After Hours (7pm-9pm). If you require a more exact time, please call, text, or email the Customer Support Team to discuss any requirements on 0429 900 334 or support@lucypaulandzoe.com.au. While we can’t guarantee an exact time, we’re happy to try and accommodate any requests. On the day of your delivery, you can also contact our Customer Support Team for a more accurate ETA and driver tracking.

What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

Not a problem! If you’re not going to be home, just let us know where you’d like us to leave it. Or if you live in a house, we’ll leave it in a safe, shady place, or if you’re in a shared complex like an apartment, we'll leave it at the main entrance.

All refrigerated and frozen grocery products are packed in insulated bags with ice packs. We guarantee that your items will stay cold for 4 hours from drop off.

Once delivered, your driver will send you a confirmation text with a photo of where they've left it.

Can I pick-up my delivery?

Unfortunately, pick-up is not currently available.

Can I request a no contact delivery?

Yes, you can request this when you place your order, or you can call/text/email us anytime on 0429 900 334 or support@lucypaulandzoe.com.au. Your groceries will be delivered to your doorstep and confirmed via a text to the contact number you provided us.

Can I return my packaging for recycling?

Yes of course! We love that you ask that, we want to reduce wastage as much as possible. Please feel free to leave your cardboard box, insulated bag and reusable ice packs on your doorstep and we will collect whatever is left out when we deliver your next order. Our cardboard boxes are sent for recycling and the insulated bags and ice packs are washed, sterilised and frozen for reuse.

What’s the Lucy, Paul and Zoe Made with Love Promise?

We work very closely with our farmers, providores and local artisan makers to ensure you are receiving the absolute freshest and highest quality produce and products. Everything in our store is grown or made with love. And we want you to REALLY LOVE the food you’re buying. If you find that something is not up to standard, please tell us right away. Take a photo of it and send it to us so we can start discussing it with the supplier. Our team will gladly pick it up and provide you with a full refund, that’s our Made with Love Promise.

What if a product is out of stock or unavailable?

Sometimes we might not be able to provide you an item you’ve ordered. We always try and contact you before packing your order to offer you the choice of a similar item as a substitute replacement (at no additional cost), a full refund, or 110% store credit.
