2019 Domaine de la Tourlaudière Muscadet Sèvre et Maine 

This dry white is made from the Melon de Bourgogne grapes and has been crafted by Romain Petiteau, the new and very promising generation of Loire valley. Fine texture but also great precision to the zesty, pithy, lime fruit and complex iodine notes. It is fantastically vibrant and racy across the palate, with oodles of compact fruit and a cool finish that crackles with stony, savoury length. This is not your typical Muscadet. lime, green apple, and pear flavours. Certified organic.
