A white-mould surfaced-ripened cow's milk cheese, Milawa Camembert is creamy, smooth and mild with subtle hints of mushroom and cauliflower.
Handmade in Milawa in Victorias high country from local Whorouly milk, this cheese develops very strong earthy characteristics as it matures.
Presenting a white bloomy rind with a thick buttery interior that develops into a creamy butterscotch texture as it matures. Think milky, slightly sweet and a little bit nutty, perfect on a crunchy baguette!
