A wonderful alternative, yet equally perfect for entertaining, visually impressive and easy to and cook, a side of ocean trout on Christmas or Boxing day is a great option. This year, our sides of trout will be prepared by our well renowned seafood supplier, Claudio's, from the Sydney Fish Market. All sides will come fully trimmed, pin boned and skin on.
