Pyengana's Signature Cheese - A Traditional Cloth Bound Cheddar
One of Australia’s oldest specialty cheeses and still made on the farm in North-eastern Tasmania. Honouring 130 years of Dairy production in the Pyengana Valley, it's made from single sourced cows milk in the style of traditional English cloth bound cheese making. Matured for 12 months, it delivers a smooth, nutty cheddar experience, with a deep and buttery flavour and well balanced tang to finish.
