Simon Johnson Gordal Olives (300g)
Gordal olives, also known as queen olives, are large fleshy green olives with plenty of firm, meaty richness to match their imposing size. Grown in Andalucia, this olive is loved by the people of Seville who use it to add flavour to many of their dishes. These are also beloved tapas olives. Serve them beside some jamon and a glass of Sherry. Gordals are harvested early in the season, making them more dense than black olives.
