Our ocean trout is sourced from Tasmania, and antibiotic free and a great high protein source. Our fresh trout is filleted and all bones removed. We then hot smoke it leaving it slightly pink in the centre, so you get a wonderfully moist piece of fish.

Perfect for a quick dinner option in a fresh salad, or serve with crusty bread and our famous accompaniments of Wasabi Cream and Tuscan Pickled Red Onions.
