Slow-roasted biodynamic beef from Cowobbee Farm, roast garlic and white onion purée, cinnamon, black and white pepper and Bovril gravy
Broomfields pies last 5 days in the fridge and freeze really well. Best cooked from chilled in a preheated oven at 200 for 20 minutes or from frozen at 180 for 45 minutes.
